New York Islanders host charity hockey game for PBA


The New York Islanders will hold a charity hockey game on Saturday, October 29th, 2011 prior to the game against the San Jose Sharks. Featuring the Nassau County Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association taking on the team from Suffolk County with the puck drop slated at 1:00 p.m.

Proceeds from the game, will be donated to the families of Nassau County Police Officers Michael Califano, Geoffrey Breitkopf and Suffolk County Police Officer Glen Ciano, who were all killed in the line of duty over the past two years.

Each paid ticket entitles the ticketholder to the following:
1:00 PM: Battle of the Border' Charity hockey game (NCPBA vs. SCPBA)
4:00 PM: Family Skate (Open to all fans in attendance, must bring own skates)
7:00 PM: Seats for the New York Islanders vs. San Jose Sharks game
